Berkeley “Triathlon”

It has been a gorgeous weekend. The boys and I thought we’d dig into a little exercise and create our own “triathlon”. Bike to the pool, swim for a bit, hit the track, then ride off for a smoothie, then cruise home. What a blast! A few pics are up on Flickr too.
