  1. I wish I could have been there, but this video makes me feel like I was there! That kite fighting looked really cool!!!

  2. Ken & Ben, I enjoyed your webcast very much! The best part was that it was varied and had the drama of sound and the kite fighting, the human interest angle (guy with three kites), the cultural angle (Japan). It is also great that you are both so natural on camera. GOOD JOB!!

  3. Hi guys, Donald here. I just looked at your Weather Report. The kites where beautiful.
Makes me miss the Berkeley marina. All we have here are rivers. Looking forward to the next report.

  4. Wonderful report! I had no idea of the history of this kind of event. People from New York City don’t get many opportunities to fly kites, so it’s pretty amazing to see what people do with it when they get the change to com together.

  5. Your weather report was magical and entertaining. I enjoyed the diversity of kites shown on this video. Your grandfather Tagami made a kite out of newspapers for uncle Ray and he actually flew it 45 years ago in the Oakland hills.

  6. What a great report! Terrific job. I live near Berkeley and didn’t know anything about this event. I learned a lot from watching your video.
